Why does it say my email address is already taken?

When you see this message, it means that you may have already registered for JibJab.

If you are unable to login, try resetting your password:

Click the "Login" link on the JibJab page
Click the "Forgot your password?" link
Enter your email address in the box
Click 'Reset Password'
Check your email for your new password

Next, log in using the new password and update your password:

Go to My Account > My Info > Change Password
