Why does it say my email address is already taken?

When you see this message, it means that you have likely already registered for JibJab.

If you are unable to login, try resetting your password:

  1. Click the "Login" link on the JibJab page
  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link
  3. Enter your email address in the box
  4. Click 'Reset Password'
  5. Check your email for your new password
